This Hemp Back Heating Pad is designed specifically for the mid to lower back, or lumbar region. Belted around your waist or low on your hips will warm and soothe tired achy back muscles. When seated, it also supplies warm relaxing lumbar support. This heating pad will adjust from 30″-54″ , with the option for a longer, up to 66″ belt.
